C12000 is copper refined from elemental phosphorus with trace amounts of phosphorus remaining. Since phosphorus strongly reduces the electrical conductivity of copper, phosphorus deoxidized copper is usually used as a structural material, and if it is used as a conductor, low residual phosphorus deoxidized copper should be selected. There is no hydrogen brittleness under general conditions, and it can be processed and used under reducing atmosphere conditions, but it is not suitable for processing and use under high temperature oxidation conditions.
C12000 has good welding performance and cold bending performance, generally has no "hydrogen disease" tendency, and can be processed and used in a reducing atmosphere, but it should not be processed and used in an oxidizing atmosphere. The amount of residual phosphorus of C12000 is small, so its electrical and thermal conductivity is high. Mainly in pipe applications, can also be plate, tape or rod, wire supply. Used as gasoline or gas delivery pipe, drain pipe, condensing pipe, condenser, evaporator, heat exchanger, train box parts.
